In-person radius: Baltimore City, Towson, Parkville, Lutherville, Overlea and nearby areas. Virtual available for any location.
Self-pay fees apply if your insurance is not included above. 
HSA and FSA accepted. If you have Medicaid you are eligible for 50% off. Please email for a discount code. 
Credit card info is collected at time of booking, but not charged until 24hrs after appointment.
A travel fee of $30 applies to anyone over 20 minutes away from 21218 zipcode.
